Lessons 

I teach private lessons and clinics in electric and acoustic guitar, electric bass, songwriting and music theory in Los Angeles. 

My students are of all experience levels from ages 5 to adult.

If you want to bring a friend or sibling and take lessons together, that works fine with me! 

Study areas cover what you're interested in, plus other very useful musician skills. Here are some examples: lead guitar (including scales/modes licks, right and left-hand technique, developing a solo,) learning favorite songs and solos, songwriting tools, singing and playing at the same time, creating the right guitar parts for songs, improving rhythm, reading music, writing song charts, ear training, fretboard knowledge, chord skills, how to use amps and effects... and more.

Music styles include: rock, pop, blues, singer-songwriter, r&b/soul, funk, reggae, Latin, Brazilian and African guitar styles, jazz, country and blue-grass, metal, indie rock, and punk.

Half hour and full hour lessons are available. You can come once a week or every other week (beginners are recommended to do weekly lessons at least for 1-2 months to get a momentum going and establish a regular practice routine.) Very reasonable rates.

I've had my share of great, but also not so great, guitar teachers when I started playing. So I'm all about creating a supportive and fun learning environment for my students!
